Tenses denote the time of action. They show when the work is done.
1. Present Tense
Simple Present: Subject + V1 + s/es
Example: He plays cricket.
2. Past Tense
Simple Past: Subject + V2
Example: He played cricket.
3. Future Tense
Simple Future: Subject + will/shall + V1
Example: He will play cricket.
